Liz works on SEI's high school, college, and career programs as a project coordinator and technical education specialist. She directly supports high school and college students, teachers, faculty, interns, and recent grads to create leaders in the new green energy workforce. Liz received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut. She is a registered Engineer in Training (EIT) and has worked for environmental consulting and remediation design firms. Before joining SEI, Liz worked as a project engineer at GEO, Inc. where she specialized in initial project design and reporting for gas thermal remediation projects internationally. Liz traveled in Southeast Asia after working for GEO, Inc. and spent time volunteering with Save Elephant Foundation where she taught local children about sustainable practices and truly realized her passion for environmental education.
