Stacie Waters is a STEAM+ Science Specialist who works in San Diego, California, in the Del Mar Union School District. Stacie enjoys working in grades K-6 teaching hands-on science labs and organizing community science competitions such as Science Olympiad and Elementary Science Field Day. Stacie loves working in science education and her passion is evident in everything she tackles. She believes in community and creating a strong science and engineering foundation for her students. Currently Stacie is a collaborator for implementation of NGSS in Elementary Classrooms along with the other Science Specialists in Del Mar.
